Home and workspace settings
- Customize your Home tab by clicking Customize in the top right. Pick and reorder to prioritize the modules you want to see.
- Similarly, the tabs in your main navigation on the left can also be customized. Go to to Admin tools → Settings → Navigation settings, where you have the option to hide / show tabs and reorder them to fit your team’s needs.
- If you’re part of multiple workspaces, use the dropdown at the top left to switch to a different workspace, or go to Your Workspaces on the top to view a summary of activities across all your workspaces.
Managing invites and members
- Go to Admin tools → Manage users, then click Invite new users to add users as members or admins.
- Admin vs. Member? Admins have access to Admin tools, allowing them to adjust workspace settings, invite and edit member profiles, draft and manage surveys, and more. Members, on the other hand, have access to all features except for Admin tools.
- Uncheck the “Notify user now” box if you’d prefer to set up user profiles first and notify them later. Pending invites will appear under the Invites tab, where you can resend or withdraw invitations, edit user roles, or copy their unique invite link to share manually.
- Create groups like Board or Finance Committee and add users to groups to manage permission more efficiently.
- Click the 3-dot menu next to a member to view their recent activity or check everything they have access to.
- Members can log in with a password or secure magic links emailed to them—no need to remember login credentials.
Events
Creating an event
- Go to the Events tab and click Create in the top right corner.
- You can start from scratch, use a board meeting template, or generate an agenda with AI.
- Fill in event info: title, date, time, and location.
